Veronika Luca Sas was born in Budapest in 2006. She has been the student of Fisher Annie Music School since the age of 4, and as a major teaching line has been learning playing violin at the teacher Katalin Jankó since the age of 7. Besides this as an extra teaching line she learns to play the trompet. She has been awarded with several prizes: first prize at Óbecse Fantast International Violin Competition in 2015, second prize at XV. Koncz János Hungarian Violin Competition in 2016, first prize at V. Rados Dezső Violin Competition in Budapest 2018.
2019 was an extraordinary year for her: she was given the best performer’s prize at Beliczay Gyula International Violin Competition, first prize at XVI. Koncz János National Violin Competition and was given the the Young Talent Prize by Cziffra Festival.
Every summer since 2016 she has been the participant of the Summer Academy of Szeged Music University as a student of Ferenc Szecsődi.
In 2020 she was admitted to the class of highly gifted students of Liszt Ferenc Music University. Her teacher is Zsófia Járdányi.
