What does it mean in the arts and what in everyday life? What is the significance of this complex spiritual process in certain areas of life? Why is it important to experience it and what impact does it have on our lives?\nAristotle defines catharsis as a “raised\, purified state of mind of an individual”\, while Tamás Freund admits: “Artistic experience\, especially musical masterpieces\, are able to mobilize our emotional reserves to such an extent that dopamine is released in as a reward and sense of satisfaction in the center of the brain\, so that we can rise to another level of consciousness\, experiencing the pervasive magic of the catharsis in the body and soul. ”\nThe Cziffra Festivals have a tradition of musical events that have been seasoned with conversation. Tonight Dr. Freund Tamás Széchenyi-winning neurobiologist\, brain researcher will represent the present state of science of catharsis. The question as to how this is manifested and affects our lives\, Eszter Nagy-Kálózy Kossuth Prize-winning actress and János Lackfi Attila József poet are looking for the answers. The music experience is guaranteed by two outstanding performers: Kálmán Balogh and Miklós Lukács are the unruly kings of the cimbalom game not only at home\, but all over the world.
